England does not currently manage its borders with Wales & Scotland and does allow "free movement of people".

Yes and if Scotland decides to move on we may end up having to put border controls because peoples from the EU will go to Scotland, realise it tulip and always rains and then try to get into England!

It was up to UK governments past and present to ensure that the benefits system was for people who had a stake in this country and weren't passing through. All UK governments of all political colours failed in doing this.

In other countries in the EU you are allowed to move to the country but if you don't have a job and can't prove you can support yourself you have no recourse to public funds, and in some cases can be forced to leave after 3 months.

If they do then it's again a failure of the English and Welsh government.

Other countries keep track of people moving around. In fact in some European countries every time you interact with a government, bank or do a significant retail transaction you are expected to give out an ID number.

Ok well now that we are suppose to be having 'controlled immigration' then this is one of the measures we can implement.

The idea to leave was so that we could concentrate on out problems and not worry about the problems of mainland Europe.....

No it's the Brexiters who voted leave as they thought it would stop all immigrants being here including those that are "brown".

I'd be happy if we could deport David Dickinson.
