That's not necessary anymore ever since April 2016.

So the EU wants a quickie divorce now....

        Okay, simple.

From Monday, every EU citizen in the UK is barred from working, claiming benefits, schooling, housing and any form of health service by law. Anyone breaking this law is instantly deported and cost billed to the EU.

        Quick enough for you?

They've got a point - Article 50 should be invoked quickly, and if it doesn't then EU might just be a bit harder to negotiate with later.

There is no fecking housing crisis , it`s all bollocks .

The building companies own enough land to build twice as many houses we already have . It`s called supply and demand .
Restrict supply by land banking add in restrictive planning departments and loose cheap money and you have a rigged market playing with people lives .

Sure, if you're happy to pay for it.

Maybe you should have asked these questions before you voted, rather than after.

                    Yep. People believe this guff.

Buy up all the land, then sit on it, drip feeding it out over many decades. Supply and demand means astronomical profits.

It's called price fixing - in a perfect market they would have been maximising their earnings by building as many houses as it gets them max revenues, instead they are doing very small number that is super lucrative.
