No it was an admission that we didn't want to sleepwalk into something that we blatantly had no control of. The behaviour of the unelected members of the EU ensured we would do it.

The commission seems to think that the rest of Europe will STFU and carry on into their new world order but I wouldn't bet on that.

They seem to think that Germany France and Italy can handle losing us as trading partners just so that the EU can wait until we can beg to be let back into their trading block for a heavy price....

Good luck with that. Germany is already on a conciliatory track...

yes I have seen that. The EU will take viable economies ahead of basket cases every time.

First though you will have to divorce the UK. How long will that take?

Don't Unionist parties (ie not the SNP) have a majority in the Scottish Parliament? Moreover, don't we just need the Sweedes or the Dutch to chuck in the EU towel and it's pretty much game over. I think people need to calm down a shade.

Your guess is as good as mine but preferably before the 2-year window of Article 50 expires.

A 52% majority after 3-months of lies, racist based campaigning is no way to end a 40+ year relationship.

Which members of the house of lords did you vote for? You din't have a vote? But they pass your laws... Well never mind, I'm sure you'll all get to vote in Boris. What no? Oh dam, what is this democracy you speak of? Enquiring minds want to know.

              And the gingers?

It will take that long just to set up a central bank...

It took 3 years for Greenland to leave and they are only a dependency of Denmark.

The EU is using much different language this time.
