Yes by voting for MPs who will do what you want. Oh wait...

Slightly bizarre to go about democracy and then say our own directly elected representatives should have no power to make decisions.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

I would read Boris's words very carefully:

Boris Johnson's NOT promising points-based immigration system will happen | Daily Mail Online

Brexit is not about controlling immigration it's about installing Boris Johnson as prime minister.

      I'm alright Jack

You took the bait, hook, line, and sinker.
Is that in the same way the Scots voted for Sturgeon?

What's the difference between Scotland wanting to leave the UK and the UK wanting to leave the EU?

Scotland never wanted to leave the UK and never did. The independence referendum was about independence from London. Politics that only serve a corner of the country well as it happens.

Why should they? The choice is between in or out no one is asking for specific policies - funnily enough that is the job of the government to do.

Exactly. You've got nothing to complain about if the government signs us up to the EEA on June 24th. It won't stop all those people who were duped into believing an out vote would mean an end to immigration having a good whinge though.

It may not be an end to immigration but it will mean the government will have to take full responsibility for it rather than make promises to reduce it and pretend to do deals with the EU. Out of interest do you believe that the Uk should just have an open doors migration policy?
