And plenty of overseas Brits don't get one. So even if the odd Pole votes, I doubt it will make much of a difference.

I'm in a few facebookgroups where non British (nor Irish or Commonwealth) EU citizen confirmed they received a polling card, some even put them online. Some are saying that they get cards for national Westminster elections as well and they just vote, no one asks for an ID confirming citizenship at the polling station.

Better send in the OSCE as election observers as obviously there is fraud going on. Will the completed forms be retained for some time, for further examination in the event of challenges, or a possible recount if the result is very close?

You need to have your name on the list on the day.
