And plenty of overseas Brits don't get one. So even if the odd Pole votes, I doubt it will make much of a difference.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

I'm in a few facebookgroups where non British (nor Irish or Commonwealth) EU citizen confirmed they received a polling card, some even put them online. Some are saying that they get cards for national Westminster elections as well and they just vote, no one asks for an ID confirming citizenship at the polling station.
Non British (and Irish) EU citizen are allowed to vote in local and European elections in the UK but not in national

Looks like the Bremainers can relax, it's all being rigged anyway.

          Fair point well made.

Better send in the OSCE as election observers as obviously there is fraud going on. If you have evidence of this then I hope you're reporting it to the Electoral Commission otherwise I don't believe you
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Will the completed forms be retained for some time, for further examination in the event of challenges, or a possible recount if the result is very close?

Or am I being hopelessly naive, and they'll all be shredded and burned the very next day (if Remain wins) ?

                Looking that way.

One of my Indian colleagues just told me they have a voting card.

Having a voting card doesn't mean you get to vote.

                  Quite funny though.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

What will stop them voting? I don't think they do passport checks these days!

You need to have your name on the list on the day. So there's still some time to weed out the non-entitled foreigners in theory, but I don't know if they have that information on the electoral role.

A bit of a cock-up. Cancel the referendum!
