Well the entire South American continent including Brazil and some Asian countries such as Thailand already have visa free travel to the EU Schengen area.

Visa free travel doesn't mean you have the right to stay, it means you can travel for 90 days without a visa. and in any case they'll still need a visa to go to the UK.

Nothing to do with visas. Once in, they have the same rights as you and I, to free housing, free healthcare, free schooling, freedom to claim all and every benefit, freedom from deportation. You will have no more rights than they do.
