Had to look for reasrch into this. This consultancy thinks no change (although I don't know if they are biased in any way)

EU referendum: Will Brexit trigger UK house price collapse?

House prices are the least thing to worry about though - I happen to think some falls are a good idea.
    Hard Brexit now!

      As a whole yes.
Which begs the question, presumably MM's parents were boomers.
So in his simplistic world, where all boomers are rich, he merely needs to wait for his inheritance, no?

I would also like to know what he does for a living, because his powers of analysis are not commensurate with his claims.

How much was Singapore sold for?
          And Diego Garcia?

I added the emoticon to help with the piss-taking.

So let me get this straight. You're telling me that, in the event of Brexit, the economy is highly likely to go t1ts-up, Sterling will crash and industry will flee the UK, but house prices will remain stable?

I guess my emoticon didn't help. I was trying to cover PG's slightly daft statement with a little joke. I'm sure he knows that Hong Kong was leased.

As the article says, prices in london will still be propped up by foreign investors.
But anything that raises interest rates: devaluation, inflation will of course cause some correction, probably a large one.
I doubt Brexit will have zero effect, but like I said ihouse prices dont bother me in the short to medium term
