"Go to London; I guarantee you'll either be mugged or not appreciated. Catch the train to London, stopping at Rejection, Disappointment, Backstabbing Central and Shattered Dreams Parkway."
My commute for 5 years has been the walk from the bedroom to the study.
Estimated time: 5 seconds on a bad day, when i'm feeling spry it drops down to about 3 seconds.
Long may it continue.

+1 A day or 2 WFH a week = great, i did WFH full time for a 3 month contract a while back, drove me bonkers, so much so that i refused the extension offer for an office based role that (when factoring in commute costs) means I was getting less in my sky rocket.

You're right about the first bit anyway. I should admit It's driving me nuts. Once this contract is over, I'm going back to the real world. And when I go back I probably will have the charisma and social skills of a house brick
