While we're on the subject of facts: how much cash did you have in the company bank account when you were signing on? -
Im sorry I forgot, there are people on here who are most successful, most important, highest earning contractors IN THE WORLD. No-one could possibly do what they do and any other contractor is just below them and not a proper contractor.Originally posted by northernladuk View PostHmm I didn't consider that. I only thought about the fact he's claiming outside IR35 when he's clearly in so just went for the gross figure. I thought that would cover permatractors and contractors alike.
Believe what you want lads, if it gets you a bit of stiffie to wave it around like that.

As I've always said of course. But some people have a bit of a superiority complex on this forum.Originally posted by SlipTheJab View PostLow salary, dividends, claiming an iPad/iPhone as an expense, income splitting with the missus..., my point is that if you get up to any of this, taking the high ground with PC claiming JSA is a bit rich...Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment

Looking a fool now NLUK. You don't know me, know what I do, seen my contract, noted my working practices yet you've decided I'm inside IR35.Originally posted by northernladuk View PostHmm I didn't consider that. Must admit this is not a good day for you. At least normally some of the abuse you give he is based on some sliver of fact.Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment

No, just ones that see JSA as standard option.Originally posted by psychocandy View PostIm sorry I forgot, there are people on here who are most successful, most important, highest earning contractors IN THE WORLD. Daftest question from an agent?
Sorry to bring this back on topic, ladies...
Daftest question from an agent?
"The client are very happy with you and the rate is HALF what I've strung you along with, when can you start?"…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

Jeez NLUK I just advise its an option. Yes I'm proud of the fact that I can decide for myself whats legal and whats not and whats appropriate. I'm proud of the fact that I don't pontificate to strangers what they should do just because I dont agree.Originally posted by northernladuk View PostIt's not the fact he claimed it. It's the fact he bangs on and on like he's proud of it. Look at his sig. He's inviting it with that alone. It's just ridiculous.
And it's not even in the same league as the items you mentioned. They are all in guides and advice given buly professionals and HMRC. JSA isn't so an invalid argument really.
Not going over it again. The rules for JSA are in place. Its been discussed with them - IT IS LEGAL. Claim it or dont claim it. Up to you.Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment
