Haven't read the thread, so curious to know who mean.

Sas must be one obviously, but who is the other?

        I assumed it was me?

Maybe assguru is the cretin and we are the dullards for bothering to argue with him?

sassy bickers with everyone though so hard to tell. I might just have to stop responding to him. His cretinism is beyond help.

Not bad for a fishing thread. Bagged a few dead-eyed cretinous catfish.

Regardless of wealth creation, if you don't move forward then you become dead wood and thats when the problems start.
“Forward” is not the only option

I am fortunate that as a project based QS as long as there is construction there will be work for me, I maintain relevant & up to date training & accreditation, I just don’t want to go in to management (which would be considered forward)

I also have the option to shift sideways into PQS / SCQS / Forensic QS / ADR

Not so much dead wood, more wood floating on the sea of life & enjoying it.

Nope - proper stuff: steel framed, concrete deck, planar glazed & clad shed that will be a coffee roasting facility
