Done a bit more reading now.
Two more questions
(1) Is the 5k Tax Free dividend in addition to any salary you've had to date, or if would I have to pay tax anyway on a 5k divvy as I will have already earned a load this year.
(2) How much can the company pay into the directors pension? Personally I can pay 40k per year, but is that the same if it comes from a LTD. Is the limit the same?What happens in General, stays in General.You know what they say about assumptions!Comment
