Isn't this what Pete Townsend (of The Who fame) claimed when pulled?

He was attempting to expose banks who willing took payments for and to online paedo sites. He paid for access but never accessed, to prove the banks involvment, all forensic records support his assertion.

Whether ones believes it or not is a different question, but it still makes me uneasy about him now.....

There are predators but I reckon the vast majority wish they could turn the feelings off.
