My update
List of outstanding questions to be answered, by whom, when I expect an answer by.
List of outstanding dependencies, who is on the hook and when.

Risks:
- Some team members not at work tomorrow due to evening out causing delay in project
Assumptions:
- Assuming that they all had a lot of beer followed by ring tingling curry
Issues:

Dependencies:
- Everything
Do things like adverse weather get put in as well which means you need to have the Weather Channel on all the time? Or do you have a news channel in case of public transport or utilities strikes, honestly, the things people come up with to justify their job!
