Every week I email a report out to the PM(s), and various others. This contains :

My update
List of outstanding questions to be answered, by whom, when I expect an answer by.
List of outstanding dependencies, who is on the hook and when.
My RAID log.

It is very funny when in the course of the week they panic when they realise something is amiss, come a running and I retort "You don't read my weekly reports do you?"

Why does a grunt have their own RAID log? Pass it to a grown up and let them worry about it so you can go back to raising support tickets like a good phone monkey

I don't come running to put the boot into Suity every time he posts. These days I know it will be a tail of woe and so meander over in my old time.
