Every week I email a report out to the PM(s), and various others. This contains :

My update
List of outstanding questions to be answered, by whom, when I expect an answer by.
List of outstanding dependencies, who is on the hook and when.
My RAID log.

It is very funny when in the course of the week they panic when they realise something is amiss, come a running and I retort "You don't read my weekly reports do you?"
