Okay, so we're going to get a vote on whether we would like to stay or leave the EU, but has the Tory scum actually said anywhere that, in the event of an out vote, we would ACTUALLY leave the EU, or does a leave vote just mean the British sheeple would prefer it if we weren't in the EU?

My suspicion is that nowhere has Camoron said an out vote == automatic withdrawal from the EU.

And if we vote out and the EU come back with concessions and some voter bribes, has Camoron said there won't be another vote?

Yes, he's currently playing up a timely exit, largely as a pushback against those who suggest there would be a second negotiation and referendum. That said, when ham-face is talking, he's probably lying. IMO there would be some delay and informal discussion before the 2yr formal process was initiated - it isn't automatic, it must be initiated. Despite what many say, I think the mood music will change dramatically, because the EU will be fighting for survival under those circumstances.
