Really baffled that people would think otherwise.
    In the Scottish Highlands? Really??

Looking at this the pimp has been a ******.

      I think for two reason

1 He had a prearranged spiel about the job and got knocked of his flow by a perfectly acceptable question and so spat his dummy out.

2 This was probably a non job anyway as otherwise it does not take more than 5 seconds to narrow down the location.

And because effectively his bluff was called to try and cover himself he went on the offensive at the candidate

Pretty much +1, for me, that's how I saw it...

Anyway the agent come across as a stuck up twunt, in any case, there's no way I would want him putting me forward.

Most places in London have loads of companies in them. So simply saying the station or area wouldn't have necessarily revealed the end client.

Not sure why I have been referred to as a "twunt" in an earlier comment. The agent initially said the location was to the west of London. That is essentially anywhere from Ealing to Torquay! A perfectly reasonable question imo to save any time being wasted by either party.

I then followed this up and guess what? I can find no sign of this contract actually being real. So to sum up, just another agent collecting CVs while treating potential candidates with total disdain

I think that was the agent, not you.

But this is CUK general - you're likely to be called far worse

Yes. Someone called Northernlad or something referred to me as a twunt. To be fair I don't know what a twunt is. For all I know it could translate from Giberrish into English as "thoroughly nice person" in which case I take it back

I don't think I did. I called the contractor in the situation a twunt.. If you are the contractor in the situation however then yes, you are a twunt. If you made a mistake and falsely accused me of calling you a twunt then you are a twunt.
