If you are expanding that to cover non reproductive sexual behavior then that is the original point - sex education is about what? - stopping teenagers getting pregnant early / preventing STD or brainwashing young children into thinking all options are valid

With the mass of online pornography, I believe that apart from the health aspects of sex education, the reduction in poverty by teaching that the reproductive cycle can be controlled*, there is benefit in teaching children that porn is not an instruction manual.
