If you are teaching Human reproduction - it doesn't involve John sticking his todger in John, an egg being fertilized and a baby is born does it?
If you are expanding that to cover non reproductive sexual behavior then that is the original point - sex education is about what? - stopping teenagers getting pregnant early / preventing STD or brainwashing young children into thinking all options are valid
