      I agree with AtW, Obama in particular decided that the US could withdraw from its role of policeman, with the result that Putin is taking the piss. As are China and anyone else who perceives the West's weakness.
      To a certain extent the West went to war when it wasn't needed (Iraq) and now fails to fight when it is (ISIS).

                    Camoron is trying hard to make it look like he got a good deal, and failing miserably.

                    There should just be in/out referendum to settle it once and for all (or at least until such time there is another Scottish independence referendum).
