I had two at school, one at playgroup and two at home (Scots kids start school at 5!!) and all had the telly on, noise, crashing and banging about, falling down stairs and hiding in the washing machine while I was working, got used to the noise and now I can't work without the telly on, and something in a window top left of my screen like an old movie I've watched a dozen times, even now I've only one at home now, nearly 16.
My current partner is the opposite - nightmare when we are both working from home, she needs absolute silence, while I have the telly on and occasionally put the MacBook down (she nicks my office) and try a new riff that entered my head on my 150w Line6 amp at a decent volume....
Luckily she doesn't WFH much....Comment

Here we don't get a moment for the telly when the girls take over.
The only epic telly I recall were in the younger years when staying with my older cousin. The parents were out dinning. He had a fire lit and indiana jones raiders of the lost ark just begun. I was entranced."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment
