I'm with NLUK on this one - teaching them spreadsheets and budgets at the same time is a great idea.

Can anyone please recommend a piece of personal finance software that:

Is not an app.
Is preferably not Web 2.0.
Does not need to import data from bank accounts.
Is simple enough for a 12 year old.

It's proving quite hard to find. My 12 year old doesn't need to file a tax return on her piggy bank or calculate PAYE on her pocket money.
