wish I went on my training course in Jan.....but I keep hanging on for the feedback, as being put forward for roles a lot...but then nothing...or role is canned, or they're staffing it themselves...and also I wasn't as perfect match as the other chap....

I would suggest, projects are signed off waiting to start in April. Agents are contacting companies asking what's coming up, getting CVs, submitting CVs.
But no real jobs are being filled on the projects yet.
