Hi. I have no intention to have own LTD. If agency offers me 2 options - work via one of the umbrella companies or join their PAYE, what's the actual difference? I expect net salary to be very similar, I'm effectively an employee anyway, what differences to expect? What can be actually different? Only what I can find in the small print?

Assuming the rate is the same PAYE is better since the employee will pay the EENI and there'll be no Brolly fee. -
