How is that sort of comment helping your initial problem?

In my field most don't have the balls/financial savvy/entrepreneur spirit to go independent.

I help my ilk where I can, one day when I am in need they may help me.

It's just the internet. The anonymity gives people power. They have the power to interact with people in ways they wouldn't in real life (or suffer the consequences). They can use that how they want.

Some people use the power to be rude and unpleasant. It's a reflection of character.

A new contractor who just cut the umbilical cord, for whatever reason may come here for advise.

What is more important? Stamping tenure in contracting in an internet forum on a new guy who couldn't even compete with many of us, or offering positive advise that may keep him off the bench?

                    We all started somewhere.
Because the forum is full of people with very small willies.

BUT, they get a big stiffie when they act like the big man and bully strangers on an anonymous internet forum.
