Client wouldn't confirm whether my contract was being renewed so posted on LinkedIn saying I'd be available from contract end date, within an hour client boss informally asked me if I wanted an extension

I wasn't really fussed as it's so far from home, but just wanted a yes or no

So a result, and a mini boom to take me past the post xmas quiet spell
