I've heard better things about them these days - when people say they're moving I always try to dissuade them - but still am too biased from the days when they used to 'lock' your phoneline.

as long as you can do any support via either the forums (no rush) or twitter (quite quick) they are ok. If you have to call them you get the full script off a call center operative who has no technical knowledge about the product they are supporting. If you don't use the TT router and have an issue you are in big trouble!Comment

Always put down to hacking, but I suspect it could be an internal breach.
The sort of company that likes to do everything "on the cheap".Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

Was working for an associated company a few years ago. As part of the transformation we were supposed to take ownership of their system.
They did everything possible not to give us any access, in the end I left before any access was granted.
In fact it cost me an extension.
They considered it a "security breach", or something
Apparantly when access was eventually given, the stuff was the type of Pandoras box you would never wish to open.
My colleague said it was the worst bit of "design" he had ever seen.

I don't understand. Are you ignorant of the fact that Russian Islamists exist, sceptical about their ability to do this, or their want to do this, or what?Originally posted by sal View Post
