I did a few years ago. Was just wandering around the garden centre with the missus when they started playing The Animals, House of the Rising Sun. I suddenly went all tingly and weird. That sounds just like it.

Think the music thing is similar, but a bit different. I get the tingly music thing, but it's different to the whispering thing - more hairs stand on end than tingly.
