Doing spreadsheets, income, procentages and math how far off im from becoming a millionare (already zimbabwean millionare!!!). Created couple of spreadsheets that based on assumption i will buy property every X sum accumulated, how many properties ill have and what will be the income after 8 years (when ill reach 40). So far numbers are nice.

    Anyone doing the same sometimes?

BBC says junior doctors salary starts at 23k in the first year and rises to 28k in the second year.

      Seems quite low

It doesn't mention how much overtime or anti-social hours pay is.

It reckons consultants earn from 60k-100k which seems crazy low considering I was quoted 250 quid for an appointment with one privately.

Seems about right, there are many sources of the exact figures online. It goes up depending upon the years of experience.

Escorting this prisoner back and forth to court must have a high cost to the taxpayer. 2 police cars, a police van, and 2 police motorbikes there and back every day.

I just released a prisoner - he was quite green. Do I need a doctor?

I had to have a quick scuba medical a few years ago at a private doctors, at the end he said ".. how are you paying? On reception or..." I said "What's the difference?" he replied "Well it will be £60 if you pay at reception, or you can just pay me £40 here.

Nice to see the 'grey economy' exists in the healthcare profession too.

Most of us have broadband and those with these kind of jobs probably have had for 5 years. Sadly, virtually everyone still beetles in 9-5.
