Close Your Company, Avoid IR35? - Contractor Weekly
    huh, from that article:
So if Regulation 72 is rarely invoked and only used in the most extreme cases then regular closure of a company and setting up a new one would appear to be a useful way of ensuring that an IR35 enquiry will never ensue.
And we are not talking about opening and closing companies for each contract.

Thanks for your replies. My accountant now tells me if I close my Bank Account they will only charge me £100 + VAT to submit a DCA(AA02) form to HMRC
      https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...unts_dca_2.pdf

I'm ok to do this given I can reopen the company again as and when required.

However, my question is if I close bank account 31/12/15 then how do I pay outstanding liabilities in January namely VAT return and PAYE - I have said to accountant I will stop invoicing as of 1st November so I had hoped you could submit the returns before y/e - maybe not - its just the timing of closing it down

      Thanks
