    I never said 'Working'

One could live in Germany or France and still work in Swiss

Changed the bulb in my 500W site light.

      Painted the kitchen ceiling.

      No calls.

      Ho hum.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

Maybe it's not working. Post your phone number here and we'll call it. If it doesn't ring it's broken.

                  An afternoon ...

Surprising how things can change in an afternoon.

                  - The agent of the Swiss client came back to me this afternoon and asked me if I would be interested in travelling to Zurich for "socializing" with the client, whatever the feck it means. I told him that I will decide what to do after tomorrow's Skype interview. Lesson learnt not to undersell oneself. Guess the bastard sniffed a lot of money from moi

                  - An ex-client contacted me on LinkedIn this afternoon and asked me if I could help her with one of her projects running out of Italy. 3 days a week in Milan, 2 days from home, and 2 days a month from the UK office. All expenses for Italy trips paid in GBP in the UK. Sounds wonderful, though I had tough time with this client in the past. The positive side - Italy, good punts, etc

                  Decisions ....

Oh dear - 46 out of 50 is good for a techie interview, but after the "socializing" interview perhaps that low rate offer you lamented will be a life saver

I realy honestly don't have a fecking clue what I was thinking when I quoted the money I did

Learn lessons and move on I guess.

How are the other benchers coping?
