First time I actually have a smooth face after a shave. I get the best shave after two or three days of growth though.
What did your accountant say about it?

If you shave with an electric shaver first, then there is less hair for the razor to grab onto & pull taught. In my experience this means that I can get a smooth shave without any ingrowing hairs as the hair is shaved level with the skin, rather than actually being pulled out somewhat before being cut (resulting in the hair actually being below surface level causing ingrowing hairs).

If you find a lube that works well for you you can go against the grain to get it nice and clean (as obviously you lose some of the benefit of having longer hair in that sense by electric shaving first).

Pluck the hairs out when you have a free weekend.

Anyone else use one? It's a lovely tight shave, if you ignore the blood.
Funnily enough I had a long conversation with someone on Saturday in a beer tent about the best way of using them as weapons.
