That is a fantastic property and I bet the quality of life in Cornwall is really good as well.

It's also a National Trust beach that you're overlooking. Some great restaurants within walking distance too.

I used to live near there. Prestwich was tipped to be the Didsbury of north Manchester. Didn't happen, still a dump... and that house. Not just near 1 motorway lol.

Sounds perfect - I reckon I would have to learn to surf if I lived there.
