Great location, horrid inside though - way too modern.
Decor's very much an individual thing. Don't mind it modern like that by the sea. Certainly suits seafront and urban better than it would a house in the countryside, which looks better like this, a few miles inland: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property...-62697106.html
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he didn't exist

what an architectural feckup the architect should be ashamed the drive and entrance should be at the shore side of the house enabling the sea side of the house to have a both private and sea facing terrace
as it is the biggest asset of the property, ie the view, is used up by the entrance drive and garage
and consequently the summer terrace is at the shore side of the house and over looked by a block of flats
what a feck up
the interior design suggests the owner might be Russian new money which would explain the lack of appreciation of the property's most precious asset

Nice place - but if the shielding conifer tree line in Pic 5 ever came under threat from the "right to light brigade" it would mean being over looked by the lower social orders
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think
