They really hated being told that Braveheart was not how it happened!

Luckily the year we stopped bothering was the year they were burning English flags in the English camp (yes the organisers were dumb enough to have two separate camps to make it nice and easy for the racists). Pity as Stirling was an awesome place.
There is a place called Raploch next to Stirling, it's a bit mental.

The SNP about 10 years ago tried to get a budget for schools to have every child to go to Bannockburn on a trip. I think it got dropped when they were told it was a ridiculous idea.

I wouldn't say there is any noticeable anti English movement in Scotland, there is clear anti English toff sentiment though, Cameron and Osborne only exacerbate that.

Bruce halved Bohun's torso though from neck to groin. We do know that.

To be fair, it was being touted by Troll, so it hardly qualifies as adult opinion.

Seems pretty spot on to me
Lord only knows why Starkey is so obsessed with bragging on about the greatness of the medieval English, he would have had a red hot poker stuck up his ring piece due to his 'orientation'. The Nazis would have sent him to get gassed.

        Starkey is always ignored.

I don't think we are racist. We did invent the phone, television, steam engine, discover antibiotics and define the basics of economics however.

But with typical Scottish negativity, when the first ever TV was shown, the only comments received were "Aye, but there's f**k all good on"

Maybe a bunch of them came over. The first time I was there some drunk challenged me to a fight as I was leaving the field, someone tried to start on us when we went into the town to get some cash out. The bar near the site ripped us off etc. It was generally quite an aggressive, unpleasant place to be (and I grew up in an ex mining town in South Wales).

I thought he just hacked his head in two and broke his favorite axe doing it?
