Given that blacks & asians make up less that 1% of the Scottish population, and senior teachers make up a very small percentage of all occupations, then it seems to me that they are in fact over-represented.

We used to go up to Bannockburn once a year to do the re-enactment of the battle. The amount of anti English feeling got worse each year until we stopped bothering to go, the first year some jock tried to blag his way onto the battle field with a machete. They really hated being told that Braveheart was not how it happened!
Luckily the year we stopped bothering was the year they were burning English flags in the English camp (yes the organisers were dumb enough to have two separate camps to make it nice and easy for the racists). Pity as Stirling was an awesome place.Comment
