    Where abouts? The place we lived in would be worth a bit now. 4 bed farmhouse which they completely gutted and renovated, with outbuildings and a small amount of land (10.5 acres). Right on the top of the hills so that you couldn't actually see the houses in the valley due to the steep hills.

    They bought it in the late 80's for 35k and sold it in 1985 for 110k. They did spend a lot doing it up though.

      family trait! They bought it in 1980 and sold it in 1988 - I'll get my coat!
      Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

      I preferred version 1!
