The submissive is ALWAYS the one with the control in the relationship - they are the one who has decided to submit to their Dominant in the first place. The submissive is the one that can always use the safe word to get out of the situation. The submissive is the one that can always revoke their submission and walk away from the relationship (or that part of the relationship).
