There are certain people in this world of ours who don't deserve to live in our society due to the horrendous crimes they have committed.

My solution would be like Escape from New York, where we put the worst criminals (lets say on an island somewhere really remote) all together.

Most will die, some will survive, even amongst criminals there is a hierarchy and child killers wont last long.
