It's my first general elections since I obtained British citizenship and I will vote Conservative. It was my wish since I saw Margaret Thatcher on tv in my country of origin when I was in my teens.

To be fair to UKIP they have reminded parties that they are accountable to the electorate and that playing around with policies (immigration being the prime example) that do not affect the politicians themselves will bite back at them
