                    Very dismissive?! Was that off the back of a full initial interview where they have seen your credit file or was that just in response to an initial email containing what you have put on this thread?

                    I know of a lender who should be able to help (depending upon the rest of your credit) and subject to a 20% deposit if that would suit?

                    You need to have been contracting for the last 12 months minimum and ideally without any significant breaks.
