Can someone remind me the situation with Northern Ireland? How many seats do they have, and don't they abstain or something so that the theoretical majority of 326 is actually not needed, only 315 or so?

To follow on from my question, how are DUP different from SNP/PC? I did read an explanation but forgot it.

Election debates: DUP says NI omission is 'outrageous' - BBC News

Its leadership had previously threatened legal action over the omission, because the DUP has more MPs than four of the seven parties invited to debate, including the Scottish National Party and Plaid Cymru.
Not invited because Sinn Fein wouldn't turn up to a British debate? Or because the DUP usually back the Conservatives? hmmm

Sin(n) Fein take the money but refuse to come to Westminster so don't count for voting.

The SNP and Plaid Cymru compete directly for votes with the other national parties, whereas the DUP and the other NI parties only compete amongst themselves.

You should try reading something other than The Dail Fail or The Torygraph for your facts.

Scotland puts in more than it gets out. The money we get via the Barnett Formula has to be budgeted for in the Scottish Parliament. The fact is, we choose to use it on the things above plus removing bridge tolls, freezing council tax the past 8 years, etc.

The money England/Wales gets in could easily be used to provide those things in your country but you choose to spend them on other things. Your ire shouldn't be aimed at Scotland but at your own MPs.

OK, now convinced either troll, terminally stupid or both.

I have previously posted the figures published by the Scottish Parliament which show that Scotland takes more out than it puts in.
