    Riche Benaud

    A true gent.

Remember him giving me a wink and a wave at the Bath Cricket Festival when I was about 10.

    RIP.

I carried his briefcase from the TMS commentary box to his car at Headingley in 1993 in exchange for an autograph.

        A genuine all-round good egg.

        Morning everyone.

summer holidays as a kid wake up and test cricket would be on with Ritchie, actually didn't mind it raining because it meant Benaud, Tony Lewis & Boycott would be having a chat

            RIP

True legend, a great cricketer in his day and a massive part of the voice of cricket through my lifetime.

Finally out at 84, a very respectable innings. RIP Richie Benaud.

(p.s. Can a mod please correct the spelling of the thread title? The man deserved to have his name spelled right on the scorecard)
