The year is 2015 and yet...
Our "houses" are getting smaller, our planes don't fly any faster than they did in the 1960's, "real" hoverboards haven't been invented, flying cars still don't practically exist, we're still working long hours, etc, etc.
At least we are able to put millions of robots to work making cold calls to sell us stuff we don't need. Ah, the wonders of modern technology.
