You might be confusing "Justice" with "The Law". It's a common mistake. What you describe above is prefectly legal, and happens all the time.His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain... -
Indeed. I suppose if this kind of separation done from start then no issues should arise, but if its done just before collapse then it would certainly be viewed badly by the law.
