      Clientco's is, as usual, entirely borked. It has a handwritten note on to say a paper retrieval and ink cartridge shaking engineer has been alerted to the situation.

            I first installed MFDs 25 years ago and found most of them are pretty reliable, first thing you do though is make someone on the floor responsible for feeding them and that they have an IQ above a gnat.
