Slightly counter productive as they were also a customer, delivering Sky content to people who couldn't/wouldn't get a dish up, but their encryption was so bad (and only updated monthly) that there were guys in the Barra's standing in the street shouting 'get yer on digital cairds here, twenty five quid).
