The permies here have all now buggered off to drink beer, starting at 11:11 and then off to a big party in the main building with fancy dress and disco which starts at 15:11. Yep, its carnival time this weekend. I'm going home at 13:00 after a stress free 2.5 day working week“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

Previous experience for a similar app with more functionality than this says it CANNOT take more than 2 weeks for a seasoned developer.
What do you expect me to do? Sick his duck for the build?Comment

The more I read about it the more I think FLC was trying to implement the Suity Project methodology....
Get the original quote based on vague incomplete specifications and then get upset as the elaborations increase the amount of work required.
I can see the first few steps already:-
- its a simple wrapper to these SAP calls
- but it needs to save data so that users can use it offline
- but it needs to save transactions so that users can queue changes offline
- but it needs to manage queued transactions so it doesn't update records that have changed.....

However, my complaint about you being pedantic (note spelling) previously was when you were being told about what needed to be done, this is telling others what needs to be done....merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment
