        ... the developer, yes.

        HTH

PS - I am a developer too, among the raft other things I do, if it helps!

PM me the spec and I'll write it for you. Very reasonable rates. Kerching!

The permies here have all now buggered off to drink beer, starting at 11:11 and then off to a big party in the main building with fancy dress and disco which starts at 15:11. Yep, its carnival time this weekend. I'm going home at 13:00 after a stress free 2.5 day working week
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Previous experience for a similar app with more functionality than this says it CANNOT take more than 2 weeks for a seasoned developer.

What do you expect me to do? Sick his duck for the build?
I don't expect you to do anything you arrogant tulip. You obviously know everything and I'm surprised you haven't written the app on your own.

The more I read about it the more I think FLC was trying to implement the Suity Project methodology....

Get the original quote based on vague incomplete specifications and then get upset as the elaborations increase the amount of work required.

I can see the first few steps already:-
                  • its a simple wrapper to these SAP calls
                  • but it needs to save data so that users can use it offline
                  • but it needs to save transactions so that users can queue changes offline
                  • but it needs to manage queued transactions so it doesn't update records that have changed.....

Just a quick reminder to the scriptwriters of the eek sockie, the last time you were criticising me it was for being overly pedentic in pursuit of requirements detail.

No the last time I insulted you was yesterday when I asked if had got any more crumbs from the table of your German masters...

However, my complaint about you being pedantic (note spelling) previously was when you were being told about what needed to be done, this is telling others what needs to be done....
