Time to tear down your poster of some oiled up girlie on a ferrari, or conduct it in your dining room where they'll catch a glimpse of that picture taken when you met Bill Clinton on a golf course.

It's not a good sign if the person your interviewing can't operate Skype.

For current permie job I had a face to face interview, then second interview back in the office but via Skype with the boss in America.

Any laptop that is less than 5-6 years old will have all the hardware built-in?

Skype interviews are becoming more commonplace these days, so not out of the norm.
