    He was close to the cut off time yesterday,

    Today is 56 miles ( although he can sleep out in the course overnight and finish tomorrow )

    If he makes it through this he is going to finish.

                  My time last year was about 30 something hours faster than Fiennes. 17 hours faster on stage alone.

                      It did seem unlikely he was faster than you, but I didn't read your post as sarcastic, just puzzling.

                      Do many of the runners do it every year, or is it mostly a "do it to prove you can" thing?
