A good choice. Pamporovo is good for mid range skiing. The faculties are not as sophisticated as the Alps but it very much cheaper and you won't get the snooty ***s that frequent Davos. Although water is safe to drink you may want to buy bottled water. The rate of exchange is linked to the Euro.
